    In the Mediterranean countries we don’t just eat vegetables, fruits, olives and Avocados. We also eat plenty of cheese (France,Italy, and Spain),Parma Ham, Chorizo (Italy and Spain), Feta Cheese (Turkey and Greece), lamb, and red meat in most Mediterranean countries (in Turkey kefir is so popular!!). These are the facts!!
